I’ve been doing my eyebrows here for 15+ years & I have NEVER had a bad experience nor have I witnessed any customer being mistreated or not satisfied with the service provided. I suggest booking your appointment online since this is located inside of a mall.

Sweetie is the ONLY person I trust for doing my eyebrows. She has always been very professional, efficient and kind. Yes, she has many customers however, I never feel like she’s in a rush when doing my eyebrows. She knows me by name and always makes conversation when I’m sitting in her chair or getting waxed. I highly recommend her!She is seriously the best in my opinion.

I asked for lash LIFT and specifically mentioned to her “extra lift”, and I got a lash CURL instead. The receptionist butted in & was trying to point out that the lash curl worked, when the point is I didn’t want a curl— I wanted a “lift”. I wanted my lashes to be Lifted straight up without a curl. On top of that she didn’t prep my lashes correctly only use a dry tissue to wipe down even though my friends say they usually cleanse the lashes before treatment. The tint also didn’t work properly, maybe they were just rushing to finish up everything since it’s Christmas Eve. This is the first time I experienced an incorrect service but they need to learn how to “Listen to clients about their preference.”

This place is horrible!! I waited for over an hour and the receptionist didn’t bother to tell me sweetie was fully booked with appointments! Every person that walked in she would tell them to take a sit right away! Didn’t bother telling me anything. Wouldn’t recommend at all. If sweetie is fully booked you shouldn’t take anymore walk-ins! Make this place by appointment only!

Jalpa was so kind from the moment I walked to the chair! She did a great job on my eyebrows—when I asked her to correct something, she did it with no hesitation and with kindness. I would definitely go back!

Honestly, this place as been getting pretty bad rep recently. But I've been going here for years and the person I go to (Jalpa) is always really nice and does the job well. I like her coz she's fast and efficient. I've also done some work with Roma who is my backup if Jalpa isn't around and she is gentle and sweet.

The ladies in the front desk are welcoming and straight to the point. I can't say much for the others but I've never seen them problematic.

I would agree they do talk amongst each other and in bluetooth, but I really couldn't care less about that. I'm here to get my eyebrows done or get waxed, and they do the job. Idk what people's expectations are, this is an establishment in a MALL lmao. They're doing their best. Also, if you don't like where your eyebrows are going then speak up nicely and politely. They accommodate you.

I have been going to Threading Concepts for years. They are always friendly and Jalpa always gets my eye brows correct every time! Threading Concepts is my favorite go to place for threading. They have plenty appointments available everyday. I prefer to schedule my appointments and pay ahead of time. It is a time saver since they are always busy. Highly recommend!

Workers are rude. My mother had brain surgery and after months of recovery she finally was able to thread again. We decided to try this place out because her regular place was closed due to holiday they took for 1 month. Any who, the young lady or lady that my mother got was just RUDE . As I watched from outside she showed my mother the results and after my mom took more time to feel and look ( hense brain surgery = less ability for certain things ) she huffed and puffed rolled her eyes as if this client is is prude. Guess what she was just trying to feel and make sure she was content with what she could not see because that ability to walk and see and do "normal" things has been taken due to the cancer! I walked in my mother asked my opinion ,I said it was good . Just an FYI she couldn't see your ridiculous face and poor attitude and she was nice to tip you had it been me you wouldn't have gotten shhhhh
