This is a small location. They have what we need but Benbrook and Fort Worth Russell feed stores are my two favorite locations. Not just because they’re larger, but staff was definitely friendly or the environment is just a little bit different. I’ve noticed recently. There is more of a warmer environment, but it took me coming in 2030 times before I didn’t get the odd look or an awkward conversation and I was definitely treated like I had very little to no knowledge about animals and it was really hard to ask for certain items it’s like I don’t know it just was odd and I’m pretty self-aware like to think that I have good manners and that’s just not the type of reaction I get from most people so it’s definitely off putting it first but like I said they seem to be working on it. there’s a definite change in the way that staff greets you when you walk in too I just go to this one because it’s more convenient as far as distance. They have a lot of animals too, which I know some don’t have any so if you’re looking to buy or adopt a pet This is the location I would go to! We bought rabbits from there. They’re all healthy& beautiful and definitely need homes

Justin lewis was absolutely amazing at the NRCHA! I am definitely looking forward to seeing him again in February! He made every process so easy for my family and I we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! If he isn’t a manager by February I would be shocked! Thank you Russel for being out here and making things convenient and having such great employees!

I have shopped here for multiple years. I have always been treated with respect and love looking around at the pet supplies and baby birds. They have a great selection of feeds, I love to feed the ducks.
It is a fun experience to shop and look around here

I've decided to give this place a 3 star for the simple reason that upon check out the lady at the counter stated to me that they only do credit, you would think that the only reason why you would have to insert your chip at the register is to pay with debit, I didn't like the idea if i am gonna pay you I want my money out ASAP not have to wait days for them to withdraw from account, it's just another example of trying to save money.

14 lb of dog food that cost me 16.99 at the dollar store
Cost me 28.99 at this place and
had a price of 14.85 just below the bag l call they said they don't have prices on shevles When I seen it with my own eyes That's the last time I go there crooks

They have a black and white cat loose in the store. It bit me. If you go in there don't touch that cat. It should not be allowed to run loose in the store. It is wearing a collar with a little bell on it. It looks very sweet. IT'S NOT!!!
