Drove all the way over to fins out…THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED. Highly recommend Fig & Flower in Vahi to shop similar brands.

I don't usually post negative reviews. However, I had a very negative experience with one of the store's customer service representatives. They have an unspoken rule that you have to buy a regular-sized item at its full price on the site in order to continue using their sample program. If you fail to do this, you're going to get repeatedly lambasted in a very nasty way. Please listen to me with this and take it seriously. This was very unpleasant and I’m usually a very thick-skinned person. In spite of me apologizing to them repeatedly and stating that I really and honestly had no idea of this unknown and unspoken rule, they kept chewing me out and saying that I was inconveniencing them by stretching their resources thin as a small business (They started itemizing how I was doing this in great detail in order to make me feel even worse.). It worked (I’m a small business owner myself.) and it made me feel so awful that I asked them to cancel an existing order. They did and then overreacted and cancelled other orders that got potentially lost in the mail without even giving me a chance to see if they ended up in the mailroom of my apartment complex. I originally left one star, but the customer service representative partly walked back that it wasn't his or her intention to upset me. I’m having a hard time believing that when he or she did such a great job in doing so and wouldn’t stop doing so even after I said that because I was sufficiently lambasted, he or she could stop. This totally ruined my day and got me behind on a lot of important stuff that needs to be done tomorrow.

The girl working today (January 31st) around 1500 had an attitude and put off a vibe that she did not want to work there. She was rude, impatient, unhelpful, and uncomfortable. Makes me want to just go to Sephora where the associates act like they like their job and are eager to help you.

A go-to for top notch clean / non-toxic skincare and make-up! I stopped in looking for a new foundation and went with Vapour (it was oily but my skin LOVED it in winter!) and grabbed a Henne hand cream as a bonus (fantastic brand - love the lip balms / sticks). I was able to talk with the person there about May Lindstrom (she offered me a sample which was phenomenal - so nice to be able to try out such a pricey brand before buying!) and we talked about different face oils. The person there was incredibly knowledgeable and I love the fact that the store participates in teracycle! Definitely worth a visit!!

I love that we have a local clean beauty store in Atlanta! The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I've gotten a ton of advice and some samples as well. There's a large supply of all types of cosmetics and personal care products (skincare, body, hair, etc) and they do these product demos with a personal touch - which I've enjoyed. I got a "Rose Facial" today and it was a great way to try out a bunch of new skincare products.

Such a cute store! The girl that helped me (I wish I got her name, but she has dark brown hair with bangs) was so awesome and went above and beyond to help me. Great experience there and so nice to be able to try clean beauty products in person!

I called Shae at the Atlanta store after my local Aillea in Charleston was sold out of several products I needed to stock up on. She hand picked all the items for me and shipped it that day since I needed them ASAP! Shae even helped me select some additional products over the phone based on my specific skin/hair. When the package arrived, there was a handwritten note from Shae along with several samples of products suited to my particular needs. Shae rocks - she helped turn what was a disappointing situation with the Charleston store into a positive experience overall!
