The family was out and decided to try this place out. We have driven by many years but never tried it. Bet nice place and great hot dogs, Italian beef sandwich and shakes were great and they also have very good fries. The place was clean and service was good. They also have a drive through. We will be back and glad to see a bit dog place doing well and working hard.

I was in your Woodstock in April , I purchased 4 chicks , All turned out to be roosters , The city where i live , dosent allow roosters , Long story short , I made 3 phone calls today , Woodstock il store . They said that there is nothing they can do . I called customer service . The girl was clueless . . called a 3rd time customer service manager , She told i had to go back to the store . I had to put the roosters down because i dont want to be fined for having roosters . I own a large company . I purchased over 50 k in truck and tractor parts , oils , tires . and other things last year . I WILL NEVER SHOP IN YOUR STORES EVER AGAIN ! I WILL ALSO LEAVE A LONG VERSION OF THE IN EVERY REVIEW FORUM ON THE INTERNET. The way i was treated over the phone from 3 different ways . So Get all your employees together and train them the right way . Yours truly a soon to be ex customer over 15 years at the Woodstock store . There were no return policies posted about the chicks terms . nor on their receipt . Come on farm and fleet 4 out of 4 . You really need to shake down your supplier !

My son plays with a John Deere Tractor at daycare & he loves it. I had to check & see& of course I found it here.. He loves it, it was the only one left that lit up & made noise. Bonus it came with a Trailer.

This is such a sleeper store. It is never really crowded, and they have a lot of awesome stuff. Farm stuff, of course. Lots of clothes really good brands. Toys, shoes, fishing, hunting, auto.

Found trailer hitch online and called ahead to make sure it was in stock. Was told it was but the only one they had was in a damaged box but nothing was damaged and all parts were there. My wife drives over 30 minutes to go buy the hitch. Once she arrives she's then told box is missing a bunch of parts. She tries to explain she was told all the parts were there, she gets interrupted by the same guy who told her on the phone all the parts were there. He tells my wife she's lying in front of the other employees and he never told her all the parts were there. Really embarrassing and pathetic way for him to blame my wife, she wouldn't drive over 30 minutes to pick up a half empty box of parts. Pretty sad that's how you treat people over there.

We can always find what we need there and, if they don't have it, they will order it for us. Jimmy in small motor repair was very helpful as we were looking for s mulching kit for our mower.

We were very surprised at the variety of goods available in the store. We went for work boots for our son. Ended with bird food, ceramic casserole dishes, cupcake tins, cast iron skillet, vegi starting kit & seeds. There's a full clothing & shoe department for the hard working & hard playing types. Plus essentials and a small grocery section. We only saw 1/4 of the store because we were in a rush & still found great deals.

Love this place for my horse and bird feed. The guys at pick up in the back need to smile more, most look annoyed we are picking up.
