Absolute worst! We went due to their social media presence.

Quality of products is average, but theirs service does not deserve a single star.

Rude and arrogant staff, manager/boss doesn’t care about what you actually want. They are focused on selling as much as they can. Once they realise you are here for minor works (we spent under 15k)
they start showing their arrogance.

Workers will do sub-standard quality job and when you get them to do it correctly, they make it worse. We got our rear seat headrests installed, and the staff used their oily hands to leave it dirty, had to clean it ourselves. We also got arm rests installed between the front passenger and driver seat, again sub-standard service (refer the screws in the images attached).

Even if their staff is kind, I still wouldn’t recommend this place, because staff isn’t skilled, they would just tear things off in hurry and there is no quality assurance. Better off going to authorised service stores even if it means paying more.

We informed the manager about it, he literally ignored us and walked away.

BIG NO FOR THIS sai auto accessories.
Dont go to this place. They will loot you.
If you have small work they will tell you double price.
Also if your wiring is correct then they will cut and tell you this is done by Rat.

After sell service is very bad. For their product they are saying this is not good quality update to latest and while fitting it they will tell you that this is best in market. Worker are also not skilled. They will damage your car.

If you have new vehicle then definitely don't go to this shop better to use showroom accessories otherwise after year your car will look like 4 years.

In short dont go to shop after watching YouTube video.

Rohit seems primarily focused on ensuring your accessories bill exceeds 1 lakh, he lacks basic courtesy in dealing with customers. He is always in a hurry to push your bill past 1 lakh. Additionally, when your car is being worked on, it's important to stay near it as their workers are unprofessional and there's a high risk of damage to your original car parts. For any LED headlights, fog lights, or ambient lighting installations, make sure to request genuine parts and insist on getting the warranty cards. I strongly suggest that do a thorough inspection of all the accessories, fittings, electronic fitting, because usually in hurry these guys make multiple mistakes and forget to install parts for which you have paid. Also ask for the printed stamped bills and warranty card immediately after the payment, because Rohit is only concern about payment but billing, warranty he is too lazy about it. Please ask for genuine stereo and Infotainment systems, please don't go for local (Netplay, Blaupankt etc) ask for Sony, Moco, Harman. These guys usually don't keep the premium and durable stereos, so they will push you for the local one, please don't install. You will pay 15-30k and these local stereos will last very less (1-2 years). I faced this incident, thrice I had to change the stereo. I asked for Harman, they installed but they had the defective, so they asked me to install the local, when I installed after 4 hrs it started lagging, so finally I went and I had great friction in requesting for the genuine stereo and then I got it installed. That too because of his brothers named Anuj and Kunal. They are quiet customer centric. If you're planning only minor modifications, avoid this place, as Rohit is mainly interested in large modification jobs with bills exceeding 1 lakh. I recommend surveying multiple shops, getting quotes, and making an informed decision. Rohit behaves very differently in person compared to how he appears in his YouTube videos. He, is rude and unprofessional. Don’t be swayed by his social media presence; he use aggressive and pushy marketing tactics. Too unprofessional!
If you want to get your work done from here, deal with his brother named Anuj and Kunal, these are quiet professional and customer centric guys. They will support you from every end.
Rohit has no manners, no customer dealing techniques.

Guys don't fall in trap by watching videos. This guy Rohit is conman, third class work no finishing no proper fitting, after 9 hours of waiting they scratched on my brand new car twice. After informing him he was shouting on me and talking very rudely. He was acting like doing charity for their customer's. Check some other auto accessories shop if you want save some money and respect.

Please to inform you it's my personal review on the basis of my last 1 year experience. I write this review because due to some asseccories i was faced very big issue in my car.

Bad Points
1) tale bar light was cost me 7k & it's stop working in just 7 month (video attached), some short occur in its & due to same it's applying the break automatically every time while driving on Highway it can be caused a major accident, then maruti service centre find this roout coused & disconnected the same, so now i have 7K rs. non functional tale bar.
2) Seat Cover is costing you 18 to 20K but its not worth it, for my new seat cover thay removing the seats from the car & dragging the seats like hell, after that i have observed for seat covers fitments they are rip the original seat & at point of headrest, cutting the seat cover very unprofessionally.
3) For the glass film protection they are putting the film on front bonnet, on front glass & cutting that it could be chances of scratch the new car.
4) For floor lamination they have cleared the car only with clothes & when I ask to use the vacuum cleaner so they have responded me it's not working we will do like this only. Also at bottom switch for petrol cap opener lamination floor extra area cut from there & all the dust are going into it so there is no use of lamination.
5) For DRL top of headlight they charge me 4K but as per my undastanding in every video Rohit ji asking 1.5K only.
6) Fog lights i was asked OG Maruti even i have paid for orignal only but thay provided some local brand which is extremely poor in performance.(image attached)
7) Side cladding also i asked to put orignal MG but I don't know y it's removed from one side ithing so during sticking panel was not clean & due to dust it's not sticked properly.(image attached)
8) After my so many arguments they have provided the clips for not damage or cut the wiring. Also please note all the light assecores are not couple to coupler fitment.
9) Door visor also not stick properly even i asked to provide orignal maruti but that time it's was not available.(image attached)
10) Spoiler Screw are used local it's rusted in just 6 month only.
11) Mud flaps are fixed with screw by doing hole in the fibe body, it should be fixed with proper clip but not used.
11) Android Music system USB port are in glovebox it should be connected to your orignal USB port but they don't have that small connector to connect the same so my original usb are not in use.
12) Due to seats are not fit properly still noice are coming from there.
13) Staffs are not properly trained.
14) There is some dust observed inside of Recieved parking camera.

Good Points

1)Rohit ji's others 2 brother are very polite & well behaved.
2) Customers Seating arrangement are quite good.
3) additional discount you will get on Orignal asseccories & fitting charges of MG. But all the original items are not available at all the time.
4) Steering wrapping done very well & it's look awesome.
5) You will get free gifts approx. 500 to 800 rs.
6) Roof rails are quite good & its looks ultimate.
