I had very bad experience recently, They don’t know how to behave with the customers. Recently I gave them a chudi to dye it into dark violet and then they made it to lavender colour , when I questioned them they said I asked for this colour only, I gave them to dye on sat then they said they will return it on sunday and didn’t answer my calls on Sunday monday when I went to them a person there was so rude. He is telling if you want to give money give or else go I don’t want your money. And he said he will pay my transport charges. He doesn’t even have manners of talking to a customer and women . While receiving the order he was so nice to me. I request all the people to not to go there instead go to Secunderabad you will have plenty of options. Don’t just go and argue with this useless people who doesn’t even have manners to talk

Worst service,spoiled my costl saree and when we contact to them they will disconnect our call and block our number.
Suggestion:Dont give any saree to them

The person is very rude . Consumes a lot of time 1 month even for 2 sarees . Calls us to collect the parcel and when we approach them inturn replies us that they haven't finished the work.

You will have to visit 4-5times to get your sarees back. Firstly, they won’t answer your phone and never stand on delivery time. Worst place and rude behaviour.
