My first visit to Eye Concepts with Dr. O was exceptional. The staff was very welcoming, polite and answered all my questions…with a smile. Dr. Ondersma was very thorough and provided me the details needed to make the best decisions regarding my eye care. Best in class experience.

I transferred my care to this practice from Michigan which required extra effort on the staffs part with regard to helping me help them so the doctor had what was needed to best take care of me. It was handled with grace and kindness. I was greeted into the practice with smiles and hellos really feeling welcomed! The technician took time to answer all my questions patiently!! Dr Cribbs was kind knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the health of my eyes. And extra effort and time was spent trying to get my glasses to sit straight! Everyone went above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!

I am getting my sunglasses at Eye Concepts. They take their time with you and they suggest frames to stay within your budget. They suggest things when asked. Not pushy at all. The office is nice and welcoming.

My daughter first appt was good. But trying to get her another appt after a year went by is horrible. I left messages didn’t get a call back. I called the worker got my information and had me on hold for so long I hung up. You think they called back? Nope. The reception part is unprofessional and to not be able to schedule appt online is a set back. We are in 2024. I’m not going to beg or chase down a person to schedule a appointment we are just going to go somewhere else.

This was my first visit at this practice. The waiting area was comfy and clean. Dr. Ondersma was patient, professional and personable. He explained all aspects of my results thoroughly. I left more knowledgeable and pleased with my visit. Wait time wasn’t too bad either. Also, the receptionists were friendly and explained all costs upfront.
