I'm terribly bothered that someone (Arturo) would come to my home for measurements, promise an estimate in a few days, then never get back to me. I've called. I've texted numerous times over a week. Nothing. I feel like it's a huge invasion of privacy to come to one's home and not follow through on their promises. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right, but they won't respond!

They take the extra time to insure all the cuts, backsplash and waterfall designs match perfectly. It’s very evident the pride and perfectionism he puts into his work. Everyone that sees it in one of our homes has become a client.

They get the work completed on time and always show up when they say they will. Most importantly for me, I TRUST HIM!
