The staff worked hard to get my deal done and I am looking forward to building my credit the good payments After a few weeks I had to bring the car back cause it stopped working. They said the repair would take 1 day. I was without a car for 5 days. Then i was told that the warranty i purchased for another $1500 only covered labor. They charged me another $298 for the part. When it was time to get my tag they charged me $171 for it saying my $ 3000 down payment didn't cover it. I still don't have a trunk liner or the repairs I was promised when I purchased the vehicle.

The big guy stated that he was the general manager. I personally did not care at all for the way he absolutely disrespected my husband and I as well as the salesman Mike. The fact that we brought cash,cash to pay actually more than he asked for a downpayment today. Yet he didn't feel the need to communicate directly with us using phrases like "the proof is in the pudding". Needless to say he doesn't know just how correct on that he was. He showed his true colors. Oh well his loss. Off to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando we go.
If Mike doesn't still work there, don't even waste your time. To pay for over priced vehicles, and be HANDLED----child please. Not worth it, not if you're a drama-free person.

This place is complete trash and a scam the owner is a clown got shade tree workers for mechanics, they jus scam you to make a sale I should of payed attention to the red flags smh I’m on my second paper tag with these frauds and because I have them a bad review he refuses to fix the issue . If you find thst you need a car from them just be aware of the problems that come along with dealing with them

Mannn got a car I’ve only hade it for almost a month and they still haven’t fixed my car properly. I keep having to go back because the parts not in or they say it’s fixed but same issue keeps occurring wish I could give the car back at this point

I purchased a White 2016 Landrover sport on Feb, 22, 2024 at this dealership with a guy name Malike. I came to the dealership at 7:30pm and went back the next day at 5:30pm trying to get my $4500 back and they denied me. There were issues with the car that I did not see because it was dark when I purchased it. Please please never do this. I had to end up calling the police because they just wanted to take my money. The next day everything was different even the customer service after they got my money. They told the police I could switch vehicles at anytime and they were the only dealership that offered this service. Lights were coming on the about the suspension, Running hot etc. I took the truck to the shop twice and paid out of pocket. They asked me to send they picture of the damage that was on the car that I didn't see when I took it back the next day. I sent the pictures to my sales rep Malike and I did not get 1 reply. So I called and tried to bring the car back 40 days later to trade on another car and they would not work with me at all. I called 3 different times where they would put me on hold for long periods and just forget about me. Finally I got Cory on the phone in Finance and he wants to act like he is so helpful but does nothing. He advised me I would have to pay another $4500 to get into another car WHAT!!! That's $9,000 within 45 days. I did not get anywhere trying to work with these people. I took the truck back and just let it on there lot and handed them the keys. I advised Midatlantic that I would not be financing with them and I'm in the process of taking them to small claims court as the officer instructed me to do. Please have your cars checked out if you go here because no WARRANTY is offered. They will smile in your face and when you walk out the door that's it. Please be careful I don't want what happened to me to happen to you.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! I purchased a Cadillac SRX from them and it broke down within the first week. The car just shut off while driving on a major road with my minor child in the car. Thankfully we were not hit - because it would of been bad on her side of the car.

They offered to fix the vehicle but left me stranded for over a week with no vehicle. I had it towed there twice just so I could terminate my contract and get my money back.

What I didn’t get back was my waisted time, the $150+ in parts I put in the car (Spark plugs, air filter, mass airflow sensor) or the first payment I stupidly made the morning the car broke down before terminating my contract.

I called the “preferred lender” they use who said I had to go through them to get my payment back and they said I had to go through the lender.

All the cars are JUNK and they don’t care about making it right- unless you want to give them $5K or more down.

Ps. Check Orange County Clerk of Court for all the lawsuits! Wish I would of done that sooner!

They are pleasant and if you need a car you are definitely able to get one at motor car concepts.I was very pleased, I need a car other dealerships and couldn't get approved, but I was able to get approved with motor car concepts Corey hooked me up with a 2019 Nissan altima.
