I have called to be removed from their mailing list numerous times, yet they keep sending me this junk magazine. If you press one to hear their offer, they hang up on you. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau as they are a huge nuisance! Stop sending these magazines to me! I never look at them and you are cutting down trees for no reason. STOP!!!!
I would give them a negative rating if I could, but in order to post, I have to give them at least one star. BOGUS!!!!

I have been unsubscribing from this magazine for over 9 months to no avail - on their website, by voicemail, and by a written letter in the mail. STILL getting them regularly. It's PURE JUNK. I've never done a remodel and have no idea how I'd have gotten on their list, but they are meant to unsubscribe when requested but they seem to have no way to actual process removing you.

We love working with Home Concepts. There's definitely an uptick in sales. The dollars spent are well worth the return. Working with them is easy. They have great designers and feedback. The call tracking system is outstanding. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

We used home concepts magazine last year, I was a little skeptical at first, but they are a legit company. While there services may be able to work for certain types of companies (not sure if they would). We used them and got a placement by the front cover and I believe we received two calls or a very low number and neither were our ideal customer (high end). They also made some promises to close the deal such as placement in the magazine and sending us 2 copies of the magazine, so we could have it. This did not happen either. If they would have at least kept their promise I probably wouldn't of left this review as I have left maybe one or two other bad reviews in my life.

I was very skeptical at first but from the very first ad I put in I GOT LOTS OF GOOD LEADS that I could convert to sales. My minimium sale needs to be $1000 but generally I'm looking for $3500 or greater. Home Concepts does not disappoint. I tracked allo my own calls with my own internal system on top of the one they have and so I can discriminate between who is a new customer and who is a repeat callback looking for more information. My data proves the results. I also called many different people who advertised in different areas and I bumped into folks that kept records like I do and they validated my results.

I have been advertising with Home Concepts for about 10 years. The magazine has been consistent in bringing in quotes and work. Deb (my rep) has been great to work with. They take the time to make the ad and artwork into a good advertisement.

Great magazine! I used it a couple times when I lived in CA to find someone to build a patio, and to find a painter. Both did a great job.
I recently moved to Nashville and was pleasantly surprised see the magazine in my mail box. I don't know anyone here and have turned to this guide as things come up around the house.
